Thanks Laura! I'll be speaking at Princeton's Global Entrepreneurship Week in November if you happen to be in NJ at that time.

For the readers out there, Laura is the go to person for intranets and a solid web analyst in Portland.

Check out her blog - http://all-things-intranet.blogspot.com/

Hi Travis,

I'm glad you enjoyed the sessions!

The 4Q website recommends as follows:

"Step 4: From the “My Account” screen, click on “Get Survey Code.” Copy and paste this code into the home page or any other high entry pages of your website. This code will trigger the survey invitation that will be displayed to visitors."

The idea is that you want to get people to agree to be surveyed when they come in and then measure their satisfaction with that session when they leave.

Report back with your results!

Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us at SearchCamp Philly Alex, and I got a lot out of both clinics you spoke at (B2B Clinic & Conversion 101). I'll check out your blog resources when I get more time as I am looking for the answer to one more question (hint) - Where on a site is the best place to put a survey? Home page, product page or after checkout? I was planning on asking Avinash's 4 Q's. One last tidbit of free advice would be great and if not I'll check out your pas posts. Thanks again for the knowledge.
