Price will depend on the length and depth of your SEO engagement, so I can't say what a line item price would be for each of those things.  

I actually don't think it would be wise to separate out the services.  What you really want is an SEO strategy--a course of action for natural search optimization that takes into account your products, customers, competitors and technology.  Each of those individual elements feeds into that strategy instead of being separate things.
