#27 - Don’t Hide Your Contact Information

If you want people to contact you, include your contact information in the footer of your page or, in the case of some businesses like restaurants, more prominently. Any section on your site that houses about your company, such as “Contact Us”, “Help” or “About Us” should also prominently highlight ways for current and potential customers to reach you. If you’re avoiding customers to keep your customer service costs down, at least help them find your contact details in the same place you present less expensive options like forums and FAQs.
